Participants can design their own care toolkits using visual art, meditation, therapeutic movement, creative play, storytelling and soul care practices.

Our workshops and resources are provided at little to no cost for staff and volunteers who work in high impact roles such as: Race and Equity, Social Work, Healthcare, Peer Support, Education and First Responder fields.

Veterans and survivors of life-altering trauma are encouraged to access our resources and attend our workshops at little to no cost.

Shunpike is the 501(c)(3) nonprofit agency that provides independent arts groups in  Washington State with the services, resources, and opportunities they need to forge  their own paths to sustainable success.
